Getting Started Your first month includes: 2hrs individual coaching sessions (beginning with a 1hr musculoskeletal assessment followed by a 1hr implementation session to make sure you know how to do the exercises correctly), 4-week customized program design, and facility access including running track and olympic lifting platforms. Other amenities include: towel service, digital locker room access, and free day-use lockers with lock and key.

*NEW GROUP FTINESS CLASSES We are now offering three new group fitness classes. FREE for all members! Non-members $10 drop in fee.
1. PERFORMANCE YOGA Focusing mainly on the hips, the series of postures will create more flexibility and mobility through the entire hip ranges. Healthy hips are the key to successful athletic performance and injury prevention for all. This class is suited for all ability levels. Mondays: 7-8am Tuesdays: 7-8pm *NEW Wednesdays: 4:30-5:30pm
2. MORE THAN CORE Those how really know, know that there is more to back health and the "core" than just crunches and sit-ups. Let our kinesiologists guide you through a class that will address all of the underlying problems associated with back injuries and leaving you feeling ready to tackle any physical challenge! Mondays: 12-1pm Thursdays: 9:30-10:30am
3. TRAINCAMP Experience what it's like to "train". This class will implement the systems that we use to train the best athletes in the world, all for you! No yelling instructors, no burpees until you puke; only leading edge, scientific based training that will get you real results! Tuesdays: 9-10am Wednesdays: 9-10am Fridays: 5-6:30pm

BODY COMPOSITION ANALYSIS We believe in testing and assessment in order to track changes and ensure our clients and athletes are seeing the results they are looking for. That's why when looking at changes in body composition, we don't just use the scale, we use an in-depth assessment which includes girth and skinfold measurements to accurately determine baseline values (including percentage of body fat vs muscle mass), allowing you to quantitatively test and asses your progress! $45
